Sometimes healing looks a little different…

Music, art, lights, dancing under the stars, and those magical end-of-summer nights at the amphitheater with my favorite DJs.

Add in family time with John, a fall festival, and a little exploring, and we had the most blissful weekend in Bend!

A much-needed reset from the chaos of our home renovation. A beautiful reminder that healing can also be found in joy, music, connection, play, and simply living life!

My heart is full, my soul is recharged, and I’m feeling so grateful.

This month, we’re diving into one of my favorite topics: spiritual hygiene and the ways we can clear, cleanse, bless, honor, and intentionally tend ourselves and the spaces that hold us.

Explore practical and ceremonial tools including smoke and herbs, sound clearing, Florida Water, hydrosols and sprays, water, breath, prayer, intention, and ways of honoring the land and spirit of place.

Talk about how to recognize when a space needs clearing, how to intentionally prepare a space for healing, ceremony, or gathering, and simple practices you can bring into your own home and everyday life.

This is a collective conversation and experiential evening, so bring your questions, curiosity, and your own wisdom to share.

I’m really looking forward to spending the evening together and sharing some of the practices and tools I’ve gathered through nearly 30 years of working with energetic medicine and sacred space.

Cleansing, Purification & Tools for Your Space
Join us for an evening of exploration around spiritual hygiene and the many ways we can clear, bless, and intentionally tend ourselves and the spaces that hold us.
How do you know when you or a space needs clearing? What changes when we intentionally prepare a room for healing, ceremony, gathering, or everyday practice? What can we use when smoke isn’t appropriate?
Joanna Wiley of Heart Mountain Wellness will guide this month’s community conversation, weaving teachings from her decades of experience in Energetic Medicine, ceremony, sound, earth-honoring practices, and multiple wisdom lineages.
Together we’ll explore smudging and smoke cleansing, sound clearing, Florida Water, hydrosols and botanical sprays, water, breath, prayer, intention, and other ways of cleansing, shifting, and blessing a space.
We’ll also explore something deeper: our relationship with the land and place itself. Before we clear a space, how do we listen to it? How do we honor the land beneath our homes, healing spaces, and sacred gatherings? How can clearing become an act of relationship and reciprocity rather than simply something we “do” to a room?
Mystic Wisdom is a shared circle of exploration where stories, insights, practices, and perspectives are welcome. Bring your curiosity, questions, voice as we learn from one another and explore new ways of consciously tending the spaces we inhabit.

We were so honored to welcome the beautiful Kayla of to our final Pool Sound Bath of the summer.

Kayla described the experience as “the most healing, incredible experience” and shared that she could feel the vibrations moving throughout her entire body as she floated in the warm water. The next morning, she wrote, “I am feeling SUCH a shift today! My empty cup is now overflowing.”
