Cromos Pharma is delighted to introduce Dorota Nogal-Radziuk as our new Head of Clinical Delivery.

Dorota brings more than 20 years of experience in clinical research and drug development, with a strong background in Clinical Operations and leadership across global pharmaceutical companies and CROs. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles at Sanofi, Fortrea, Covance, Quintiles, GSK, and Roche, leading clinical operations, managing and developing cross-functional teams, and supporting the successful delivery of clinical development programs across international markets.

“As Head of Clinical Delivery, I am incredibly proud to drive Cromos Pharma’s mission forward. Our global expansion presents an exciting opportunity to scale our clinical operations with agility and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

My mission is to foster high-performing global teams rooted in accountability and excellence, while delivering exceptional value to our sponsors and the patients at the heart of our work,” said Dorota Nogal-Radziuk.

Outside of work, Dorota enjoys strategic board games, reading, and rock music. She also loves hiking in the mountains, where she finds time to recharge and reconnect.
