🌲 Healing All Wounds, LLC and the Adirondack Mountain Club are welcoming students to Lake Placid, NY this summer for a 5-Day Wilderness First Responder course led by instructor Carl Blondell, July 8–12. Whether you're an outdoor educator, a guide, a search and rescue volunteer, or simply someone who spends serious time in remote places, this is the community you want to learn alongside and the Adirondaks are the classroom that makes it all feel real.

The course covers everything you need to manage emergencies when help is hours away. Participants are responsible for their own lodging and meals, but course participants receive a 20% discount at the on-site Adirondak Loj

25 hours of pre-course work is required before the in-person portion, and participants must be 18 or older.
