❓️Are you living in fight or flight?
🙋♀️I was, for most of my life.
🧠And what I’ve learned is this:
When your nervous system is dysregulated, it will reach for coping mechanisms that can slowly start to impact your relationships… your choices… your life.
❗️But regulation doesn’t have to be complicated.
💗Sometimes it looks like:
Legs up the wall.
A gentle butterfly hug.
Tapping.
A deep inhale through the nose…
and a slow exhale with sound—woo, ha, hum.
🤸♂️Sometimes your body needs to move.
To shake.
To roll the hips.
To soften the shoulders.
To be felt.
🙏The key isn’t doing it “perfectly.”
🌬The key is this:
Can you pause…
and actually listen to what your body is asking for in this moment?
👩🍼Because your body isn’t working against you,
it’s trying to guide you back to safety.
