Please join us in welcoming one of our newest NCDSA Board of Directors Members, Tiffany Williams.

Tiffany holds a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in political social work. She currently serves as Director of the Down Syndrome Affiliates in Action program at the National Down Syndrome Congress.

Tiffany’s advocacy career began with the Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities, where she developed a strong foundation in disability policy and systems advocacy. She also worked in the Texas State Legislature, gaining firsthand experience in the policymaking process and legislative advocacy. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of community-focused leadership roles, including managing state and federal grant programs designed to expand access to mental health services in rural Appalachia.

As the mother of a daughter with Down syndrome, Tiffany brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to her work, deepening her commitment to advancing inclusion, support, and opportunities for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

Outside of her professional and advocacy work, Tiffany enjoys hiking the mountains she calls home with her family of four and practicing yoga.
