We use a lot of eggs in our baked goods but instead of tossing the eggshells we always put them to good use in our garden 👩‍🌾
Tomatoes need a lot of calcium during their growing process so we sprinkle our crushed eggshells in the soil to prevent premature rotting 🍅🥚🙂

Our way of making biscotti originates from Abruzzo, Italy 🇮🇹...there's no written recipe...we mix our ingredients until the consistency is just right, and just like the Nonna's in our family, we only use fresh eggs and butter from local farmers. Each batch is made small to ensure flavorful quality since mass production is just not our style.
This is what keeps our biscotti special...and we love it this way. 🥰
