We’re inviting small businesses, nonprofits, health and wellness professionals, community organizations and large businesses to join us for the 13th Annual Guts & Glory: A Community Wellness Festival For Every Body

This year’s festival is built around six wellness pillars: Nourish • Rest • Move • Prevent • Glow • Community We’re looking for vendors who can bring these ideas to life through interactive, educational experiences.

✨ What makes a Guts & Glory vendor booth different?
Vendors are asked to offer a hands-on or experiential activity that gives attendees something to learn, try or take away, not simply promotional materials.

13th Annual Guts & Glory: A Community Wellness Festival For Every Body we’re looking at health from the inside out through six pillars of wellness:

🌱 NOURISH: fueling your body with what it needs
😴 REST: making space for recovery and renewal
🏃 MOVE: finding ways to stay active that feel good
🛡️ PREVENT: taking proactive steps toward better health
✨ GLOW: supporting your overall well-being and feeling your best

Volunteer registration for our 13th Annual Guts & Glory: A Community Wellness Festival For Every Body is officially open, and we need YOU!

👐🏽 Join us on Saturday, October 3 at Jim Dietrich Park for a day of community, fun, and wellness with a group of local like-minded people to assist us with setting up booths and decor, greeting guests, rocking the photo booth, assisting vendors, and more.

⏰ Volunteer shifts are available from 10 AM to 12 PM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 2 PM to 4 PM.

✨ This opportunity is perfect for college or high school students in need of volunteer hours and any other community members looking to make a positive impact in our community.

: As we kick off , we want to celebrate by spreading some deserved love to our friends at Berks Community Health Center!

🫶 : Berks Community Health Center provides access to care for ALL patients, regardless of insurance coverage or ability to pay. This is an amazing resource that we are lucky to have right in our backyard! With a vision “to improve the health of our community through the delivery and coordination of affordable, comprehensive, culturally sensitive patient-and family-centered healthcare,” BCHC is an organization MGI proudly supports!

📅 To see their mission in action for yourself, be sure to mark your calendar for their two events happening this week on Wednesday, August 5 from 4 to 6 PM at their Oakbrook location and on Saturday, August 8 from 10 AM to 1 PM at their Penn Street location.

🧺 My Gut Instinct was happy to provide a wellness basket, which will be available to win at BCHC’s upcoming Community Days this week. Be sure to stop by to enjoy free music, fun, refreshments, giveaways (such as the one in this video that our Founder, Dr. Mele, provides a sneak preview of) and more!
