In high school he loved all sports, but racing motorcycles and off-road cars became an almost full-time job. Before he decided to pursue a career in dentistry he was one of the top motocross riders in California, and also drove off-road cars in several races including the Baja 500. After completing college in 3 years and earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Biology, he was accepted to Lo

ma Linda School of Dentistry. Dr. Hoff graduated from dental school in 1983 and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society - signifying the highest academic achievement in dental science. His desire to enhance peoples smiles and enrich their lives drew him into the specialty of orthodontics. Dr. Hoff finished at the top of his class in 1986 with a Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics from Loma Linda University. He has been involved in almost every area of dentistry. From teaching general dentistry and orthodontics at Loma Linda School of Dentistry, to being on the board of directors for the California Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. He has several times been a delegate to the American Association of Orthodontists and been program chairman for the California Association of Orthodontist annual meeting. Dr. Hoff also served two terms as President of the Loma Linda Orthodontic Alumni Association. Dr. Hoff believes he is blessed to be part of such a life changing profession. "I love being given the opportunity to change people's lives. My mission is that every patient leave our office with increased self-esteem, an incredible smile, and feeling like they are a member of our patient family!" Dr. Hoff and his team are like family, and all our patients are treated like friends. In April 2009 Dr. Hoff was honored by the Assistance League as one of San Bernardino's "Home Town Heros" for his years of work with the Children's Dental Center and the Assistance League. He has demonstrated his continued pursuit of excellence in the Specialty of Orthodontics by being certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He has been married for over 35 years to his wife Cheryl and has 3 boys. Dr. Jeremy Hoff is and Orthodontist in Upland, CA, Dr. Jason Hoff is and Interventional Cardiologist at Loma Linda Medical Center, and Justin Hoff has dual degrees in business and finance, and works for Smart Practice in Phoenix AZ.
