Where does a good RF microneedling plan start? Not with the settings screen.

At our RevaFlux webinar, Stella Nam, MSN, FNP, Founder of Ubliss Medical Aesthetics, explained that she starts by naming the concern: scar, texture, skin quality, or a combination. Then she evaluates skin thickness, pigmentation risk, inflammation and medical history.

REVAFLUX is now available in the US through IDS Lasers.

Most practices that run microneedling eventually get asked for RF microneedling. Usually that means a second device, a second cartridge platform and a second training curriculum. REVAFLUX runs both from one pen handpiece:

→ RF Level 0: conventional motorized microneedling, full 0–2.0 mm depth range

→ RF Levels 1–5: 2 MHz bipolar RF delivered through the same 13-needle gold-plated array

We ran the same needling protocol twice and read it with a surface thermal camera. Needling alone: +0.7°C surface rise. With RF engaged: +4.5°C. Slide 4 shows both.
