One thing I’m gonna do is scream and shout and cry whenever my baby reach in achievement. It may be nothing to her, but it is everything and more to me. This young lady since kindergarten has been sailing to school. Crushing a full load AP courses… Something that her mother probably could never do. I’m so proud and grateful to be her mom. You can’t tell me I didn’t do something great in my last life, but God bless me with this young lady.😍

Calling all parents of active kids! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏀⚽🏐

Join us for our Young Athletes Stretch & Mobility Class on June 14 from 12:30 PM–2:00 PM at Blackbird RVA!

This hands-on class will teach parents and student athletes simple stretching techniques to improve flexibility, mobility, recovery, and overall athletic performance.

✅ Ages 10–17
✅ Parent participation required
✅ Sports, cheer, dance, athletics & more
✅ Limited spots available

📌 Registration includes 1 parent. If you’re bringing a child, you MUST select the Child Add-On during checkout. Maximum of 2 children per parent.

🚫 This is not a drop-off event. Parents must remain present and participate with their child throughout the class.

Introducing THE GENTLEMAN’S RELIEF — a Father’s Day upper body recovery session designed to target the areas men hold the most tension: the neck, shoulders, upper back, arms, and head.

45 minutes of assisted stretch therapy, mobility work, decompression, and hot towels because some of y’all are out here stressed, tight, overworked, and refusing to admit it. 😂

Whether it’s for yourself, your husband, your father, boyfriend, or that man that “doesn’t need self-care” but clearly does… send him.
