Not gonna lie, y’all… I’m tired. 😂

The stretching is still happening. The massage therapy is still happening. The booking link is still working. The clients are still showing up.

What’s not happening? Me feeling like I need to record every second of my life and post it on social media.

Sometimes you just run out of ideas. Sometimes I’m too damn busy actually doing the work. So creating content is the last thing on your mind.

So if you’ve been wondering where I’ve been… I’ve been right here. Stretching YALL . Trying to remember to take care of myself too.

I’ll get back to posting more soon( give me another week, though🤣), but for now just know Ejuvenate is still open, still stretching, still helping, and still accepting bookings.
