Congratulations to the incredible Dr Omer! Tonight we celebrated with him at the Department’s Isaac A Bigger Dinner/graduation. He is our last fellow and is passing the torch on to our integrated residents! He is staying here in Richmond, joining the excellent Vascular Surgery Associates practice.
