Meet The Owners!

We're Sam & Aili and we're building West End Blends because we love two things: serving people and making health feel approachable 🌿

Our journey started years ago behind the bar, bartending our way through college and learning first hand how powerful connection and community can be. We fell in love with serving people not just drinks but experiences!!

In 2021, we opened The Fit Loon here in downtown Rochester, creating a space where health feels simple and part of everyday life. Now 4.5 years later, we’re beyond excited to open our second location across town!

Outside of work, we love life with our dog Ridge, traveling, getting active outdoors, golfing, watching sports, tackling house projects, and spending time with loved ones.

Our wellness cafes are more than just a place to grab a shake and tea. They're spaces to connect, recharge, and become the best version of yourself. We’re incredibly grateful to serve you🥤
