Plot twist: we opened a clinic and accidentally created the best little community. 🥹✨

What started as a passion project away from the busy hospital setting has become such a beautiful labor of love—spending our days caring for some of our favorite humans, catching up on their lives, laughing together, and helping them leave feeling more relaxed, supported, and pain-free than when they arrived.

The real ultimate life hack? Build work that feels meaningful with people you genuinely adore. 😍

New massage tool alert! Patients are absolutely loving our new body and facial massager. I add in warm water to help relax tight muscles in the body and the face. The tool was designed by another acupuncturist LANSHIN ™, this is not an Ad, we just Love it! 😍😍 It is especially great for the neck, chest, upper back, TMJ and for leg pain and leg swelling. I put body or face oil on first and then use this warm, gentle massager. Watch for tips on if you do facial massage and the best ways to open up the lymph system to help detox “the gunk” (technical term 😆) out of your face :) have a great day!

Eek! Our very special Pop Up massage and cupping event with the amazing massage therapist Jacinto ends in two days aka this Wednesday at Atma Health & Acupuncture! Jacinto specializes in full body massage, focusing on pain relief and whole body relaxation. Each session is fully customized, blending techniques like deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, and restorative treatments.
