One of the biggest shifts I've seen in parents doesn't come from learning how to change their child.
It comes from understanding them.
Sometimes the child who seems stubborn is actually trying to process things in their own way.
Sometimes the child who is emotional isn't being dramatic—they're experiencing the world deeply.
Sometimes what looks like a problem is actually information.
I've found that when parents begin to understand how their child is naturally wired, many things start to make more sense.
What's one thing about your child that you've always wished you understood better?
