This week weโ€™re celebrating our spark: Daniel Oโ€™Toole, who has been part of CCF since September 9, 2024. A Day 1 OG! ๐Ÿ’ช

Dan is a huge part of our 5:15 AM crew. He brings so much energy to class, encouraging smiles, hard work, and the kind of attitude that makes the whole room better.

Since joining CCF, Dan says he has never been so motivated to work out or stuck with it for this long. His goal is to continue getting stronger and into better shape, and he is doing exactly that.

What he loves most about CCF is the camaraderie between the members and coaches. What surprised him most is how much everyone truly cares about and supports each other. To Dan, what sets CCF apart is simple: it feels like family. When he missed some time, Tiffany, Shannon, and Chantelle reached out to check on him, and that meant something.

Dan didnโ€™t expect to actually look forward to getting to the gym in the morning, but now when he goes on vacation or misses days, he misses it. He even gets his Saturday walk/run clubs in, because movement has become part of who he is.

In a career where Dan pours into others all day long, we are so proud of him for squeezing in that little bit of me time and continuing to show up for himself.

When asked his why, Dan said it best: he was tired of feeling โ€œfat and lazy,โ€ and now self-motivation and encouragement keep him coming back.

For anyone on the fence about joining, Dan would tell you the workouts are fun and the support is real.

Dan, we are proud of your consistency, your energy, and the way you show up for yourself and everyone around you. Keep getting stronger. Keep showing up. Keep being savage. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Our 7-Week Summer Teen CrossFit Program is designed specifically for ages 12โ€“17 and focuses on teaching proper movement, strength, coordination, athleticism, and healthy fitness habits in a fun, supportive environment.

Whether your teen plays sports, wants to get stronger, or has never stepped foot in a gym, every workout is scaled to meet them where they are.

Lainy is a senior at RFA who knows exactly what commitment, dedication, and hard work look like. While many students her age could be home catching a few extra hours of sleep before school, Lainy chooses to show up, put in the work, and get her workout done.

Whether sheโ€™s tackling a Bootcamp workout or pushing herself through CrossFit, Lainy continues to invest in her future and prepare for her next chapter as a collegiate field hockey player at Nazareth this fall. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’™

One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is watching athletes grow, and Lainy has made tremendous improvements throughout her fitness journey. Her consistency, positive attitude, and willingness to challenge herself have helped her reach this incredible milestone.
