It’s 2 PM, you’re on coffee number three, and it still isn’t working. Sound familiar?

Walk-in nutrient injections are a quick fix, and the right one depends on what’s dragging you down:
👉 Energize Me for a clear head
👉 Super Immune before everyone starts coughing
👉 Liver Lover after a long weekend
👉 B-Kicker when stress has you running on fumes.

Walk into any OnePeak Medical location in Oregon. No appointment needed. Full menu of injections available at OnePeakMedical.com.

Can’t get in during the week? We’re open select Saturdays through the end of the year.

OnePeak Medical is in-network with most PPO plans, so root-cause primary care is more accessible than you think. Coverage varies by plan, and we’ll verify your benefits before your visit.

Sexual health is health. The WHO describes it as physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being related to sexuality, which covers a lot more than the absence of disease or dysfunction.

In this clip, OnePeak Medical founder, Nisha Woods, talks about what that looks like in real life. Bodies and circumstances can change. A healthy relationship has to keep up with both, and what feels satisfying can look different from one season to the next.

At OnePeak Medical, we look at the whole picture, from hormones and stress to sleep, medications, and relationships. It’s all connected, so it all belongs in the conversation.

Ready to talk? Book an appointment with your nearest OnePeak Medical provider. Covered by most insurance.

Happy World Menopause Day to every woman who was awake at 3 AM last night!

Hot flashes get all the jokes, but those 3 AM wake ups, rage, and brain fog are why women come to OnePeak Medical.

If you've been told everything looks "fine" and your house still feels like it's on fire, our medical providers can look at your hormones against optimal ranges and build a treatment plan personalized for you.

OnePeak Medical providers do this work every day in 20+ clinics across Oregon.

👉 Book your appointment at OnePeakMedical.com.

Most women don't skip their mammogram on purpose. It just keeps sliding behind everything else on the list. October is a good month to stop letting it slide.

This is for you if:
👉 It's been more than two years since your last screening, or you've never had one and you're 40 or older
👉 You have a family history of breast cancer and aren't sure your screening plan reflects it
👉 Your last report mentioned dense breast tissue and nobody explained what that means for you

Book your annual visit at OnePeakMedical.com and ask your provider about your screening.

Check your jaw right now. Is it clenched?

This World Mental Health Day, check in with your body and remind it that you're safe. Unclench your jaw, drop your shoulders away from your ears, take a walk without your phone, or stand in a warm shower a few minutes longer than usual.

If you're doing all of that and still feel wired, OnePeak Medical providers can check whether your hormones or thyroid are keeping you on alert.

Book an appointment at OnePeakMedical.com. In crisis? Call or text 988 for free, confidential, 24/7 support with emotional distress or suicidal thoughts.

Welcome Dr. Troy Russell as OnePeak Medical's new Chief Medical Officer!

Dr. Russell is a board-certified Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine physician with an MD, MBA, and MPH, and he did his Family Medicine residency at Georgetown Providence. We're so excited to have you on our team!

We're still buzzing from last week's Provider Summit! We focused on everything from provider burnout, HRT and cancer to peptides, fatty liver disease, and estrogen metabolism.

Thank you to all our providers who stepped away from their busy clinics to connect, learn, and grow together. We’ve been building a provider dream team, and it was truly incredible to see that dream team in action, including 27 new providers who joined our team this year!

Thank you for an amazing summit!

You're exhausted, but your brain won't stop. Racing thoughts, wide awake at 2am, and mornings that feel like you never slept at all.

PM Stress was formulated to help calm nighttime cortisol so your body can actually rest. Magnesium, Ashwagandha, Theanine, and Magnolia Bark work together to quiet the mind and support deep, restorative sleep, not just more hours in bed.

OnePeak Medical's founder, Nisha Woods, Ph.D., MS, NP, HHP, built this supplement to work with your body's natural rhythm, not sedate it.

25% off through September 30, plus an extra 10% off with auto-refill online.

👉 Shop PM Stress at OnePeakMedical.com or visit one of our 20+ clinics throughout Oregon.

Estrogen dominance doesn't always look dramatic. Sometimes it's stubborn weight, mood swings, or a body that just doesn't feel like yours anymore.

DIM (diindolylmethane) is a compound naturally found in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and kale, isolated here in a bioavailable form 10 times more potent than its precursor. It supports the body's ability to metabolize estrogen toward its healthier pathway, and it works for men and women both, including as part of testosterone support.

25% off through September 30, plus an extra 10% off with auto-refill.

👉 Shop DIM at OnePeakMedical.com.
