2. Office chair
3. Computer (laptop or desktop) not more than 5 years old in good shape that can be factory reset
4. An office phone ☎️ that is compatible with Zoom phone services

💗ONE DAY AT A TIME. I know you can do it too! 💗

I forgot to post this back at the beginning of September, but I wanted to give another update of this health journey I’m on.

This is what 17 total inches lost looks like, 50 pounds down, size 18 pants to a size 10, and size XXL shirt to a size M!! 🤩🤯

We all know I’m not perfect, and there are definitely days when food choices are hard and cheats happen, and days when the 5 a.m. alarm makes me cry and the workout only gets half of my effort.

***BUT*** I am consistently showing up, trying to make better choices, taking care of myself, and becoming a better version of who I was yesterday. ❤️

One of our goals is to purchase a point-of-care ultrasound machine for our clinic. This would allow us to provide more timely, convenient care to patients who need early pregnancy ultrasounds—without having to send them to an outside imaging facility.

For patients, this means less waiting, fewer extra appointments, and improved access to care during an important and often stressful time. 🩷

💝 There are some gifts that mean so much more than what’s inside the box. 🎁

I’ve been so incredibly touched by the thoughtful gifts, kind words, and tokens of appreciation that I have received!

I never expect these gestures, but I treasure them deeply. They remind me just how meaningful this work is — not only to me, but to the families who have trusted me during some of the most sacred moments of their lives.

I truly love what I do. It is so much more than a career; it is my passion. And one of the greatest gifts of all has been watching 🌺 Wild Flower Healthcare become a place where something deeper can happen.

These pictures are only four weeks apart — and honestly, I know they aren't drastic. But that’s not what this journey is about for me.

Every day is about movement. Showing up. Making better choices. Taking care of myself. Becoming a better version of who I was yesterday. ❤️

Healthy living doesn't have to mean perfection. It doesn't have to happen overnight. And it certainly doesn't look the same for everyone.

It’s about finding a lifestyle that you can actually LIVE with.
