I never expect these gestures, but I treasure them deeply. They remind me just how meaningful this work is — not only to me, but to the families who have trusted me during some of the most sacred moments of their lives.

💗 ONE MONTH. ONE DAY AT A TIME. 💗

I wanted to share a little piece of my own journey because sometimes we wait to celebrate progress until we see a transformation.

These pictures are only four weeks apart — and honestly, I know they aren't drastic. But that’s not what this journey is about for me.

Every day is about movement. Showing up. Making better choices. Taking care of myself. Becoming a better version of who I was yesterday. ❤️

Healthy living doesn't have to mean perfection. It doesn't have to happen overnight. And it certainly doesn't look the same for everyone.

It’s about finding a lifestyle that you can actually LIVE with.
