Hayley brings a Health at Every Size and All Foods Fit approach to her work with children, teens, and adults navigating ARFID, eating disorders, and disordered eating. She's passionate about helping clients dispel diet culture myths and make peace with food, body, and movement.

We're so excited to welcome Christine Medin, MS RD LD, to the Empathy Nutrition Therapy team!

Christine brings a rich clinical background, from caring for NICU babies at Baylor University Medical Center to supporting underserved communities through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and WISEWOMAN. With a Master's in Biochemical & Functional Nutrition from UT Austin, she specializes in PCOS, pre-diabetes, diabetes and insulin resistance, IBD, and disordered eating.

Guided by a Health at Every Size® approach, Christine helps patients rebuild a peaceful relationship with food and body, free from shame, stigma, and one-size-fits-all rules.
