This magical place is Mind's Eye Plants in downtown Round Rock, and It's where I offer my in person Reiki healing sessions, and group Reiki Meditations.

In addition to being an incredible healing space in Round Rock, its also a gorgeous plant shop, yoga studio and community event space. and its located just above one of the most beautifully curated, and well stocked crystal and rock shops zi've ever been to.

Supported by the steady flow of Reiki healing energy, each participant will be given a small living plant to hold during the meditation, serving as a tangible anchor for presence, growth, and connection.

As Reiki is channeled, the plant becomes a symbol and companion—reminding your body how to root, receive, and restore its natural balance.

The experience is calming, nourishing, and deeply regulating, helping to release stress, clear energetic congestion, and strengthen your sense of stability and belonging.

You’ll leave feeling centered, supported, and more connected to yourself, your community,, and the world around you.

At the end of the session, you’ll take your plant home as a living reminder of the grounding, healing, and intention you cultivated—something to continue nurturing long after the meditation ends.

Reiki for People with Autism and their families

Hi All, My name is Karisa and I am a Reiki Master and have worked with the Autism community a little bit through my time as an assistant Montessori guide and later, in a more specialized setting for students who the public school system was undeserving.

While listening to The TelepathyTapes Podcast over the past year, I've been guided to start working again with people with ASD and their families.

I'm considering training to become an S2C facilitator but in the meantime thought Reiki would be a way I could begin to help the community immediately.

Reiki is a light touch or no touch healing modality that is known to help regulate the central nervous system and it seems like this is something both people with ASD and their families could really benefit from.

It can be given in person or from a distance. The Telepathy Tapes podcast has covered its use in several episodes, but not in relation to ASD.

As I haven't worked with people with ASD in this capacity yet, I'm reaching out to see what folks with ASD and their families might be interested in, and working with some folks to work out a structure and environment that would most benefit people with ASD and their families.

If you are interested in discussing this, or trying it out Reiki out for your child with ASD, or contributing your opinions and experiences toward creating a program that works for this community please DM me and we can get the conversation started
