If you are feeling sh*tty, you probably don't need some sanctimonious spiritualist to make you feel sh*ttier.

Maybe you need someone who is real. Who really listens. Who won't tell you to give up the last few things that are making your life bearable.

Maybe you need someone who will give you permission to live the life YOU want, or to help you figure out what that life even is!

Look it's not your fault you are feeling this way (even if it is)! You're all clogged up with everyone elses's ideas of who you should be, what you should do, where you should go, who you should go with, and all those expectations, and life events leading up to this sh*tty feeling place have left a thick heavy residue behind like sludge constipating up your energy field ( and also quite possibly your digestion).

I work with people ( mostly women, but I'm open) who are ready to flush that crap away and start finding the clarity, the energy, and the support they need to start living a less sh*tty possibly even phenomenal existence.

You have to be willing to participate. No one can fix it for you, but if you want a real, supportive, non judgemental partner in your process, I'm here holding space and helping you move through it.

I offer in person and distance Reiki sessions, classes if you want to learn how to do it yourself, and community for like minded souls.
