Fridays are for recovery. The first and third Fridays of each month I teach a 9am class devoted to recovery. Yin, soft foam rollers, therapy balls, active stretching, sometimes sound, lots of different modalities to recover from the week and help our bodies feel better for the weekend. $6 drop in at Fircrest Parks and Recreation.
