Winds of Harmony Wellness Center is owned and operated by Lynn Small and Cheryl Bochniewicz. We offer a unique energy work experience (a melding Reiki and shamanism), and myofascial release therapy. In addition, we host occasional classes and workshops in Reiki and shamanic journeying.

ers. We do not believe that we do any of the healing. Our belief is that we are the channel through which the energy flows so that a client can heal themselves. We teach all of our classes in this manner as well. Healing and shifting one's vibration is a very personal experience and each individual is responsible for his or her own healing. We are but the facilitators. We like to think that our classes, sessions, and healing shares are all given in a comfortable and respectful setting. But we must confess that we employ an age old healing technique: laughter. Yes, we do quite a bit of that!

I have been able to collect so many violet flowers the last two days. I’m loving it! Why Violets?
Well, mother nature supplies us each season with medicinal plants that are our bodies require.
Violets are great in a tea for moving congestion ,your lymphatic system,great for your liver,  helps with a dry unproductive cough helps with sinus congestion, especially around the ear.
Typically, you can make a salve for abrasions, bug bites, stings, puffy eyes, varicose, veins, and hemorrhoids.
I can’t seem to find any herbs companies that I can get this dried from. So it’s super important for me to be hosting as much as I can. The use is above are just some of them.
This is an amazing plant flower and leaf. 💚💚🌱🪻🌺🌸🌹🌻🌷

Can’t wait to see how they mature. We have a couple of our yearly staples (like the begonias), and a new one: the big, colorful leaf one which I don’t recall what it is but so fun and different! Now when I tell people to look for the door between the two large flower pots, there will be actual flowers in them! Yay!!! 😃

Forgot to snap a pic (I’ll try to grab one tomorrow when I go to water the little ones! 🌱), but happy to say that Lynn and I were hard at work digging out some old grasses 💪 and planting a bunch of new plants at the Shop today. 🌻🌺🌸🌼🪻🍀🌱🪏

The hardest part for me is having patience to watch everything grow and slowly fill in over the coming years! 🫣 Buuuut… the OG garden area we’ve found a few plants that have spread their babies to unexpected places!! ❤️💜🧡💛 So exciting!!
