This patient underwent a comprehensive facial feminization procedure with Dr. Dev Gurjala, including frontal sinus setback (brow bone reduction), orbital contouring, brow lift, rhinoplasty, upper lip lift, mandibular contouring, genioplasty, neck liposuction and fat grafting to the cheeks and lips.

Together, these procedures helped create softer facial contours while maintaining natural-looking harmony and balance.
