Stress is part of being human. We all carry it in different ways; mentally, emotionally and physically. The problem is that most people don’t realize how much stress is shaping their mood, sleep, focus, relationships, energy, and overall quality of life until their nervous system is overwhelmed.

Healing starts with awareness. We have to slow down enough to recognize the stress we’ve normalized… and then continue slowing down long enough for the body to finally feel safe again.

Floating is one of the most powerful tools we’ve experienced for nervous system regulation. In a world that constantly pulls us into stimulation, pressure, and noise, the float tank creates space for the body and mind to reset. The more regulated your nervous system becomes, the more capacity you have for clarity, presence, healing, and peace. Both inside and outside of the tank.

We have what are called “cabin style float tanks”. This style tank gives enough room to stand comfortably, stretch, float without touching the sides much and avoid the closed in feeling some people get in the pod style tanks. They are also easier to enter/exit and have better air circulation.

Our private float rooms have everything you need to have a good experience. You don’t need to bring anything. Just yourself and a willingness to relax and let go.

Let us all spoil our Mothers this Mothers Day season with love, sweetness and some much needed me time. We got our sale rolling through Mother’s Day. Highly recommend booking a session for that day early because we book up every year. And we LOVE and adore serving all the moms and families coming in to celebrate every year - like clockwork.
