Before you reach for your next pill, try this.
Place your hand on the part of your body that hurts. Speak to it with love. Say, “I love you, I honor you. You have power to heal yourself. Do a good job! Thank you for serving me.” Just three minutes.
This is a simple soul healing practice. I do this myself. It has given me powerful blessings and profound experiences, again and again.
Your body is listening. Speak to it like you love it.

😭 Why does relief from pain treatment never seem to last?
Have you ever noticed that the relief from a treatment never seems to stay?
I understand your feeling. You try one thing, you feel a little better, and then the pain comes back again.
Many people today experience this with chronic pain or illness. Medicine, physical therapy, massage — they can help the body for a while. But the body is not where the pain begins.
