There’s a little more to this logo than meets the eye. 😍

Every shape, every line, every detail was chosen for a reason. Nothing is there just to look pretty.

From the two triangles to the Merkaba, to the heart and the fingerprint at the center, each piece holds a meaning that connects back to what Golden Light Healing represents.

I wanted a symbol that felt personal. Something that brings together the things I believe in and the uniqueness we each carry within us.

So, I thought I’d share a little of the meaning behind it. Swipe through and take a closer look ✨

Are you looking for a way to slow down, relax, and get out of your head for a little while?

Try a Vibrational Sound Therapy session. ✨

Therapeutic-grade Himalayan bowls are placed on and around the body, allowing you to actually feel the vibrations as they move through you.

Each session can be tailored to what you need that day. We can spend more time around areas that feel tense, stressed, or like they just need a little extra attention.

If you’re curious about what this feels like, send me a DM. I’m offering a special discount for new sessions right now. 🤍

Sound doesn’t tell you what to feel.

You get to experience it for yourself.

And honestly, that’s one of the reasons I love it so much. 🤍

So much gratitude to VoyageATL Magazine for giving me the space to share the story behind Golden Light Healing and how it came to be, what inspired it, and the intention behind what I’m creating. ✨

It’s always special to pause and reflect on the journey and how this little idea has grown into something so meaningful to me.

Thank you for allowing me to share a piece of that story. 🤍

Ever stuck in that loop? Busy mind! Here’s a trick I use to get out of that loop.

“What brings you back to the present?”

Please share your trick!

Things You Didn’t Know About Sound Baths — Part 1

One of the things I want people to know about sound baths is that there is no “right” way to experience one.

You don’t have to fall asleep.
You don’t have to completely quiet your mind.
You don’t have to see colors, feel energy, or have a profound experience.

You might feel deeply relaxed.
You might remain completely aware.
Your thoughts might wander.
You might drift in and out.
You might notice sensations in your body.

Or you might simply lie there and listen.

All of it is okay. 🤍

A sound bath isn’t something you have to perform or get “right.” It’s an opportunity to slow down, listen, notice, and be present with whatever your experience happens to be.

So the next time you find yourself wondering, “Am I doing this right?”

Take a breath.

Let go of the expectation.

Will you give yourself permission to simply be present?

✨ Save this as a reminder for your next sound bath.

Something new is coming to Golden Light Healing this October. ✨

I’ve been learning, practicing, and exploring a different way of experiencing sound — one that invites vibration to be felt not only around you, but through the body.

This new offering will be a more intimate, individualized experience using therapeutic sound bowls and vibration to support deep relaxation, grounding, and restoration.

I’m so excited to finally begin sharing this with you.

Vibrational Sound Therapy

Coming October 2026. 🤍

More details coming soon.

Nature is one of my favorite teachers. I love it when events from the day bring insight after the fact….

We spend so much of life listening with our minds.

What happens when you listen with your body?

As this bowl sings, notice where the vibration meets you. Your chest. Your belly. Your throat. Somewhere else entirely.

No right answer. Just awareness.

Where did you feel it?
