This course covers 20 carefully chosen Assisted Stretching Postures from Thai Massage and how to perform them on the massage table. These techniques are assisted stretching of fascia, tendons, ligaments and muscles at their best!

Assisted Stretching is within the scope of Massage Therapy, focusing on connective tissue stretching which is very different from muscle massage.

This two-day class focuses on the principles and philosophies of Eastern European style integrated sports massage. The East Europeans have been using massage at athletic events since 1927. The work is based on scientific and medical investigations dating back to 1881.
