I’ve been feeling extra grateful today for how Lifewave has supported not just me, but my family, even when we’re miles apart.

One of the hardest parts of having loved ones in another state is wanting to help when they’re not feeling their best, but not being able to be there in person. Lifewave has given me a way to share comfort, support, and hope from a distance.

Being able to send patches, walk them through where to place them, and then hear their stories of better sleep, less discomfort, and more energy has been such a blessing. It reminds me that healing and care can travel.

I’m so thankful for tools like Lifewave that allow me to support my family’s wellness no matter where they live. For anyone who feels far away from the people they love, know that there are ways to still show up, help, and make a difference. 💫

Did you know that we have a unique cosmic alignment coming up in Feb? 💫

When the new Lunar cycle brings us into the Chinese New Year, the Year of the Dragon on Feb 17th, it's also going to include a Ring Of Fire Solar Eclipse, hence the double Fire energy I had mentioned previously.

To have the Chinese New Year align with a Solar Eclipse is super rare. Out of curiosity this morning, I was doing some digging to see how often they actually occur. In the past 200 years, it's only happened 3 times, 1850, 1962, and 1980.

This was super cool to me as I was born in January 1980 and was a month old the last time when we moved from Goat energy into Monkey energy. This made me a triple Goat, my Sun, Moon, and Chinese Sign are the 🐐.
