💜 Cacao & Sacred Song Ceremony 💜
Saturday, June 6 @ 6 PM
with Michelle Anise & Niketa Canales

Join song carriers Michelle Anise and Niketa Canales for a night of sacred song, rhythm, and multi-instrumental music medicine, enhanced by the heart-opening sacrament of cacao.

Our ceremony will begin with Niketa guiding us to prayerfully infuse our heartfelt intentions into the cacao as we drink, setting a sacred container for our time together. We will then move into music and song, drawing inspiration from kirtan and other global chanting traditions. Participants are warmly invited to sing along as we co-create an intentional space of healing, celebration, community, and spiritual connection.

☁ The Breathing Room ☁
Saturday, June 6 @ 3pm
with Alysa Osvog

What if your only responsibility was to be here and breathe?

The Breathing Room is just that — a space to breathe deeper and hear beyond the noise. Life is loud and all too busy to notice the wisdom within. This breathwork journey is your invitation in…

Each session begins with grounding practices and gentle breath awareness — a soft landing for the nervous system to arrive.

From there, Alysa guides a cyclical, three-part breathing pattern inspired by curated music and somatic cues — to create profound space in the body and mind. Each session concludes with rest, reflection, and integration with an optional writing prompt to seal in your practice later.

🐬 Laughing Yoga 🐬
Wednesday, June 3 @ 5:30 pm
with Alex Wyndham

Come laugh with us!
In laughing yoga, we laugh together and guide our mind to a state of joy. In body yoga we move our bodies into a series of postures to align our physical self, in laughing yoga we assume a series of mental postures to align our mind to a state of levity, happiness and positivity. This class guides us through a series of interactive laughing exercises designed to lighten your mood.

We begin with light stretches combined with laughter to expand the lungs and prepare our body and mind for the laughing exercises. Then we practice a series of laughing exercises until the whole room is filled with laughter and our bellies hurt from laughing. We finish with a laughing meditation to integrate laughter into our daily life as we return to the world.

Sunday, June 7
with Dora Chan & Jazmin Ment

Step into an immersive preview to The Stillness Movement 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training — an ever deepening journey into the heart of yoga as a practice of presence, embodiment, and deep listening. This special workshop offers a glimpse into the training’s integrative approach, where ancient yogic wisdom meets modern understanding of the nervous system, trauma-informed care, and embodied practice.

Through intentional movement, nuanced asana alignment, breathwork, meditation, and restorative practices, you’ll experience how yoga can become a pathway toward greater awareness, resilience, and connection. Explore thoughtful sequencing, subtle body principles, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and nervous system regulation practices designed to support both personal transformation and skillful teaching.

Led by senior teachers Dora Chan and Jazmin Ment, this workshop reflects the spirit of thier collaboration, The Stillness Movement: grounded, compassionate, inquiry-based, and deeply rooted in community. Together, they weave a rich and accessible approach to yoga that honors both tradition and the realities of modern life — inviting students to move beyond performance and into authentic embodiment.

Whether you are considering teacher training or simply longing to deepen your practice, this workshop is an opportunity to experience the depth, care, and intentionality that defines The Stillness Movement philosophy. Join us for an afternoon of practice, study, reflection, and connection as we preview practices and themes of the upcoming 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training beginning October 2026 at Yoga Soup.

💛 Sacred Senses Sound Bath Meditation 💛
Sunday, May 31 @ 4 pm
with Avatara Levine

Join Avatara for this musical sensory experience, while you rest in Savasana ushering you into deep meditation!

We begin with a brief science based meditation deep into the heart. This is where we will find a prayer and/or affirmation as your anchor, and to potentiate your experience. This meditation is great for those curious about adding something new to their practice that may create depth, and assist in healing & manifestation goals. The possibility of this meditative magic taking you to another planet is real! This may also reduce blood pressure, and allow stress to melt away so healing can occur as your chakra/nerve plexus system is immersed in sacred sound, light therapy, and medicinal aromatherapy. Throughout you will be bathed in balancing frequencies with large Gongs, Gem Infused 432Hz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native Flutes, Drums, Rattles, Drone Soundscapes, Vocals, and more.

🌸 Somatic Release Breathwork 🌸
Saturday, May 30 @ 3 pm
with Regina Powers

Somatic Release Breathwork (SRB) utilizes “conscious connected breath" - an intentional breathing technique that involves a continuous and circular pattern of inhalation and exhalation without pauses between the two. We begin by lying down or finding a comfortable seated position to enhance relaxation. The emphasis is on deep, rhythmic breathing, where each inhalation flows seamlessly into the next exhalation. The aim of no pauses between breaths is to create a sense of flow and connection. Breathers are encouraged to maintain focus on their breath, allowing thoughts and emotions to surface naturally.

🐍✨ Embodying the Goddess✨🐍
By Cynthia Abulafia
Available at Yoga Soup

Cynthia Abulafia is an author, academic, and devotee of the Goddess. She is committed to giving language to the divine feminine and restoring the experience of embodiment as the heart of spiritual practice. A longtime student and teacher of non-duality, she guides people through kundalini awakenings and spiritual emergence with grounded tools rooted in embodiment, breath, and the context of sacred texts and traditions. Her debut book Embodying the Goddess—released in January 2026—challenges the “transcendence bias” of patriarchal spirituality and offers a path of radical integration.

Embodying the Goddess: How to Awaken Curiosity and Reverence on the Spiritual Path challenges the entrenched “transcendence bias” of patriarchal spirituality—the overemphasis on going up and out of the body toward stillness or detachment—by restoring embodiment and cyclical return as essential to awakening.

Author and educator Cynthia Abulafia draws on her lineage in Shakta Ta**ra, decades of non-dual study, and her own profound kundalini awakenings to map the complete spiritual process. In her telling, the divine feminine is not a symbolic archetype, but a living, self-reflexive capacity for curiosity and reverence that is present in every human being and critical for integrating transcendent states into embodied, everyday life.

Whether you are processing a profound spiritual opening, integrating a psychedelic experience, or simply seeking a more balanced, life-affirming path, this book offers clarity, tools, and a reminder that embodiment is not the opposite of awakening—it is its completion.
