For the past six years, the Sivananda online classes have been a steady source of peace, discipline, and inspiration in my life. I started in the beginning of Covid, and it really was a source of strength. Through the wisdom, compassion, and unique teaching styles of so many wonderful teachers, my own practice has deepened in body, mind, and spirit.
As a yoga teacher myself, I feel profoundly grateful for the opportunity to learn from each instructor, gathering their beautiful words, insights, and methods of teaching. It has helped me become a more mindful and compassionate teacher for my own students.
These classes have been much more than exercise; they have been a spiritual anchor, reminding me daily of the Sivananda teachings: to serve, to love, to give, to purify, to meditate, and to realize. Even after 600 classes, I continue to discover that yoga is not about perfection, but about returning to the mat with an open heart and a willingness to grow.
With a heart full of gratitude, I offer my sincere thanks to the entire Sivananda family for helping guide me on this path of peace and self-discovery.
