Evening classes start back up September 2. Kellie will be teaching a new class on Wed evening. - FLOW LIKE WATER - sounds dreamy.
And the first Wednesday of each month, which is also the September 2, she will be following up the regular evening class, with her evening monthly restorative class. This time she’s adding Reiki to it.!!🙌🏼

We have developed the perfect series for those interested in Yoga. You’ll get a chance to meet our teachers and learn the basics to build a strong foundation for your practice

We’ll meet each Saturday at 10:30 starting August 15 for seven weeks. You can sign up for the whole series for $105 or jump in when you can at $25 drop in fee.

Introducing our new seven week beginner series. If you’re new to Yoga or restarting, or simply just want to improve your foundational poses, this is your chance.
