Grayson was born with torticollis. She could only turn her head one way, which made latching hard, brought on reflux and spitting up, and slowly flattened one side of her head. 💛

Once we gently addressed her torticollis, everything started to change. She could turn her head freely, her digestion improved, and her head began to round out. Today, the helmet she was recommended is no longer needed.

Torticollis often starts at birth and is easy to miss. If your baby always turns one way, has a head tilt, struggles to latch, or has a flat spot, the earlier it’s checked, the better.
