It’s easy to fall off track.
We miss a day. Then we miss two. Two becomes four, and before we know it, we’re telling ourselves a familiar story about why we can’t seem to follow through.
We’ve failed...again. 😩
But falling in and out of routines is part of life. We experience setbacks. Illness. Unexpected changes. Seasons shift. People need us. None of that means we should give up.
Navigating those disruptions isn’t about showing up perfectly. 🎯 It’s about becoming aware of the story we’re telling ourselves along the way, and questioning the beliefs that may be keeping us stuck. 🧠
It’s about redefining success. Embracing growth that’s not linear. Believing that you are capable even in imperfect conditions.
Disruption doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It’s simply part of being human. 👏🏼
Instead of seeing these moments as proof of failure, what if we recognized the progress we’ve already made and the possibility that still exists?
One disruption doesn’t erase your progress or determine what comes next. And you know who gets to influence what comes next? 👉🏼You do.👈🏽
