🕯️ Our candle meditation this month is meant to refresh our spirits, channel our creative curiosity & leave us brimming w the satisfaction of choosing to savor every ounce of joy we can muster, even when it makes no sense at all 🌎

♐️♊️ Full Moon Meditation Circle | Curiosity & Connection 🍵🔮

As we shift into this a more outgoing season, we may notice.. that not all connections feel equal.

This full moon is when we’ll come to realize what (or who) is dragging us down right now 🌝
.AND how much power we have to create environments where we celebrate ourselves instead of waiting for others to figure out how

We might start to crave a more encouraging crowd ..& hopefully we’ll begin to hold our chins higher now as we call our vital energy back in.

As we let our brilliant curiosity burn brighter than ever, we WILL stumble onto a path illuminated with wishes you may have begun to believe could never be put into words 🗺️

If any local friends are interested in starting a garden this summer ~ I saved a ton of seeds from last season & have lots to share 👩🏼‍🌾

🌶️ Tomatoes, hot peppers, peas, dill, lettuce, spinach, arugula, carrots, chickpeas & radishes

Perhaps some basil, oregano & cilantro

All pretty chill to grow if you have a small sunny garden plot or a couple of large planters 🌱

This is my 2nd year potting up the onions forgotten at the back of my pantry & all those little ones sitting on my kitchen windowsill.

Did you know some lettuces will just pop back up to give you free salads year after year 🥬
.& that many types berry bushes are fast spreading, so once they find a way to take root in your yard, they’ll come back fuller each summer .. or may even take over 🫢

I’ve learn a few tricks about nitrogen fixing & companion planting, seed saving & attracting pollinators thru seasons & lots of mistakes.

This year I aim to teach myself more about foraging the medicinal gifts Mother Nature offers right in my own yard & community 🌎

Like this gorgeous stinging nettle I harvested while reseting my planters, the red clovers I’ll find in my grass between lawn mowings & more dandelions than I’d ever know what to do with

This is what sowing into my own sovereignty feels like to me ..& it’s wildly satisfying 🥰
