“I would like to nominate Renee Anderson for employee of the month. Renee has been short-handed recently, and even so, she has continued to not miss a beat! With so many changes in our area (such as Amazon Flex), Renee has continued to be diligent in ensuring each department of the Health Division is stocked with items that are needed. She follows-up quickly on requests and ensures that requisitions are handled in a timely manner. We are grateful for her dedication to keeping the ship afloat.”

Sault Tribe Health Division and the Hessel Youth Education & Activities (YEA) program had an official ribbon cutting of Hessel Fitness Center and Makoons Community Center today. It was a BEAUTIFUL Day! We had drumming, a blessing of the property, good food, and great guests. Chi miigwetch to all who helped make this such a wonderful event!
