There is soooo much bad advice on the interwebs lately. 😱

⚠️ Advice for 2023 is NOT advice for 2026.

If you’re a coach, therapist or guide seeking support and direction, look for someone who has the capacity and ability to see you as a 👉🏽 unique INDIVIDUAL.
..they’re not selling you a “proprietary formula,” a “10-part trademarked framework” or a “one-size-fits-all” “standardized protocol.”

Yes, lord knows we are all craving certainty - the promised formula & sure-shot of a homogenized solution...

But in a rapidly changing world - on the precipice of an epic shift in paradigm - the future is uniqueness, humanity, nuance and individuality. 🌺

When I’m supporting Projectors in earth medicine practice, one of the intentions I’m always holding is 🌀 the release of fear & density from their physical & energetic bodies.

👉🏽 Fear as pressure. Fear as overwhelm. Fear as anxiety.
👉🏽 Fear of being seen, judged or misunderstood.
👉🏽 Fear as confusion, as distorted energy.

Given Projectors open design, it’s not surprising that - over the course of a lifetime - we absorb more of the prevailing cultural energy: fear, control, pressure.

As such, we wind up with more illness. More disease. More autoimmune. More gut issues. More 💊 SSRI prescriptions to erroneously manage our “brain chemistry.”

🔑 The key to vibrant health for Projectors is shedding and releasing this accumulated fear & density, and aligning our lives & environments to create more resilience and clean coherence — Frequency Medicine.

This is exactly what we’ll be working on - the foundation we’ll be creating together - this summer in the Projector Frequency Immersion. 🌅

While in many ways the underground served to protect the work from big pharma grabs and the ‘wrong kind’ of mainstream attention, it also made it really challenging for intentional people to access real-world medicine education, guidance and practice in a readily available, accessible way. Oh boy, I’ve been waiting for this inevitable pattern to re-emerge, and this is the week!

If your partner is moving into fear/control/scarcity lately, this is exactly the time to double down on 👉🏽 investing in yourself. 🔥

Our reality & culture is a reflection of the people who have the resources to create & build, with freedom and choice. Personally I have no interest in living inside the bleak, cynical and endlessly self-referential worldview of “the world’s richest men.” 🥱

It’s more important than ever that people who deeply care about our future & world 🌎 evolve beyond the fear & scarcity tropes, redirect our resources, and seize the opportunity to move into expansion & creativity.

The first few weeks & months of micr🫶🏽osing practice are just opening the door to what will become - for many of you - an evolving, lifelong connection to nature. 🌲
