During my recent discovery calls with our incoming guides, several of them mentioned being drawn to the training because “it is the future.”

More than a few reflected they were ‘biding time’ where they were presently working - ‘tolerating’ toxic circumstances, ‘waiting it out’ for this-or-that metric, ‘putting up with it’ until a certain age, until - “one day/some day” in the future - they’d begin following their heart and pursuing what they really wanted to do.

They shared that the training represented a glimmer, an opportunity to start charting a path to that future… the easing-in to a new chapter, the gentle trying-on of a new identity, a placing of some initial pebbles on a new path.

But the universe had something else in mind. 🌀

As soon as they spoke it out, one’s job was made redundant. A corporate client cancelled a planned project. Another was replaced in her organization. Another’s company announced it was going out of business. And another received the news her program would be terminated at the end of this term.

As it turned out, later was 👉🏽 NOW.

Annnnd we’re off!! 🙌🏽 Today we kicked off the 4th cohort of our Micr✨osing Facilitator Certification, and I couldn’t be more excited to support this potent, diverse group from all over the USA 🇺🇸 Canada 🇨🇦 and UK. 🇬🇧

Over the summer I had the pleasure to meet almost all of these gorgeous spirits individually, and I couldn’t wait to have everyone all together today! 🌅

So grateful to be supporting this group of devoted, soulful, wise, unique, resilient and magical beings who’ve been called to practice 🪶 & serve over the next three months.

Together we’ll explore & learn about the art & science of micro✨osing guideship, the unique character of the medicines, how to hold the role of the guide, incorporate practice with pharmaceuticals, and - perhaps best of all - do it all in vibrant community, beside inspiring, creative and engaging people.

🙌🏽 I’ve been SO enjoying meeting all our incoming micro✨osing guides enrolling into the Facilitator Training kicking off this week!

This is going to be an incredible group - wise, diverse, expanding, creative, sensitive, grounded, evolving.

Physical therapists, artists, clinicians, biofield/frequency practitioners, corporate execs, massage therapists, pharmacists, astrologers, entrepreneurs and more have already joined... bringing such beautifully diverse backgrounds, just as nature likes it! 🌳

Many of those enrolling have meaningful personal experience healing & growing with micro✨osing and are now called to serve others, while others are newer to practice and excited to learn in-depth about modern micro✨osing practice.

In this twelve-week immersive training, we’ll condense + collapse time together as I share with you everything I’ve learned over six years of full-time guiding, supporting thousands of individuals and 30+ group programs since 2020.

So much of attaining fluency with micro✨osing is apprenticing ourselves to the medicine: learning to ‘translate’ the voice of nature, recognizing patterns and mastering the art of emotions... seeing the unique way the medicine is moving and speaking to a person: mind, body and spirit.

With over 10M Americans micro✨osing in 2025, the world needs experienced guides to support individuals and groups in their growth and healing, along with the creative models, structures and frameworks to bring practice to life. We can’t wait to welcome you all to practice!

As the clinical, pharmaceutical and medical models further embrace psy✨chedelic healing, one of the missing elements in many conversations is: the human element.

There is magic in the molecule to be sure, but there is also so much magic within us. 💫

The relationship with your guide or group is also rich medicine, amplifiers in their own right. You’ll find with earth medicine practice that spirit has a way of drawing together the perfect people - at the perfect time - when your soul is ready.

“What kind of background, degree or credential do I need to have as Guide?”

My answer: Everything, and none!

🌅 Far and away - in my experience - the qualities of lived experience & personal characteristics are the most important elements to your preparation & development as a Guide.

✨ What degree you have < The integrity with which you operate on the daily
✨ Where you went to school < Your level of personal honesty + maturity
✨ Having a string of letters behind your name < Being a role model for others
✨ Being popular + impressive < Being steady, accountable, present... even when no one is watching
✨ Enrolling people onto your path < Inspiring people to carve their own

As Guides, our ability to hold space, create safety, and nurture presence is always and only upper-limited by our own capacity — the more courageous, humble, ever-learning, and open-minded we are, our clients see, feel and take it all in at a cellular level.

Our willingness to make mistakes, to fall down + get back up, to stretch, to receive support, to invest in ourselves, to demonstrate maturity, to navigate portals of transformation & build resilience along the way, to give ourselves permission to reinvent + change... our clients breathe that all in, too.

As we step into a new paradigm of healing and new era for humanity - on so many levels - there will be no faking it. In the new paradigm, we can no longer ask our clients - speak, lecture or teach - those things we aren’t willing to try our best to embody in our own lives. As we become more sensitive as beings, people’s energy, honesty and coherence will precede them. 💫
