Lately I’ve been hearing some version of this a lot
“I feel like I should feel better than I do … but I don’t”
And then it turns into explaining it away: it’s just stress, I’m probably overthinking it, I just need to push through …
Somewhere along the way, feeling off started to feel like something you’re supposed to ignore or power past.
But your body doesn’t work like that.
You ARE allowed to want to feel better - more energy, more clarity, more ease.
Even if everything looks fine on paper … even if you can’t fully explain it yet.
That feeling isn’t something to dismiss, it’s usually the first signal that something’s ready to shift.
