"MJ is so much more than a Personal Trainer; she is a vessel of inspiration, discipline, and genuine encouragement.

I’m in my 40s and spent most of my life hating exercise. I knew it was important, but always struggled with motivation. When I finally decided to start and was paired with MJ, I was impressed from our very first consultation. I shared my fears, and she helped me examine my mindset—focusing on the mind-body connection and emotional well-being just as much as physical health. She even convinced me to commit to twice a week.

I was terrified when I started. I’d never done this level of activity, had zero coordination, and doubted myself. Those first few weeks felt like torture, but we had some laughs along the way. She gave me exactly what I needed:

Deep expertise in anatomy, form, and function
Dynamic sessions with variety in exercises and equipment
Fast progress—I saw and felt results quicker than expected

The benefits have been tremendous. I’m in the best shape of my life. I feel stronger, have more energy, and sleep better. I can do more every day and truly feel the difference. My relationship with exercise has completely changed, and I feel proud of what I’ve accomplished.

On , we want to remind you that regular exercise can reduce fall risk, ease muscle tightness, strengthen muscles, and boost mood.

Our Multiple Sclerosis Wellness Program is designed to help individuals with MS manage their health and increase physical activity in a safe, motivating environment. Beyond exercise, the program includes health education mini-sessions on nutrition, emotional health, cognitive functioning, relaxation skills, and self-care.

Multiple Sclerosis Wellness Program Details:
- Choose from small group, semi-private, or one-on-one sessions
- 16 total sessions plus 8 mind-body classes
- Duration: 2 months

āš ļø Aquatics Center Update

The Aquatics Center will be closed from Sunday, May 31, through Tuesday, June 9, for our annual maintenance.

During this time, all Aquatics Group Fitness classes, swim lessons, and Family Swim will be canceled.

The Aquatics Center will reopen on Wednesday, June 10.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we complete these updates. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you back soon!

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to our country. Their extraordinary sacrifice and commitment will never be forgotten.

As a reminder, the Center will be open today from 7am to 1pm and will resume normal operating hours tomorrow.

We also encourage participants to wear red, white, and blue in remembrance of our fallen heroes.
