My client came to me with a clear concept: a biblical angel, but without eyes.
She wanted to avoid a traditional angel figure and instead create a ball of wings.

For this design, we combined different types of wings within one composition. Bird wings for a classic angel reference, insect wings for lightness and transformation, and animal wings to add structure and contrast. The goal was to keep it balanced, detailed, and clean while still feeling dynamic.

This piece was fully custom and designed specifically for her anatomy and placement.

A little lantern collection I’ve been sketching lately 🖤
Inspired by vintage street lights, gothic windows, and quiet night vibes.
Each piece is designed as clean blackwork with strong silhouettes and soft ornamental details, so they heal beautifully and stay readable for years. These would work great as standalone pieces or as part of a larger ornamental or gothic sleeve.

From a simple sketch I drew during a drawing night in the studio, when a bunch of us tattoo artists got together and just freehanded ideas with no particular inspiration in mind to actually creating a whole set of those sketches, presenting them at an event, and then tattooing two of them, which I’m super excited about. What you’re seeing in this post is one of those tattoos, and I’ll share the other one a little later.

I’m immensely grateful to the people who are interested in my art, who want to get my sketches inked, and who are ready to carry a piece of me and my creativity on their skin forever. I think that’s just so amazing, and I’d love to do more of my own designs and move further in that direction in the future.
