Join me for a sound healing meditation session at the Energy Wave Center in Sebastopol on Saturday, June 6th from 3-5pm!

I’m excited to be offering a blissful sound healing bath of vibrational medicine, including singing bowls, spirit songs, mantras, drum, chimes, flute, rattles and more to help drop us into deep states of blissful meditative awareness where healing and integration happens.

This is all held in the morphogenic energy fields of the Energy Enhancement System, which creates bio-active life enhancing energy fields, including scalar waves, which can allow cell regeneration, improve immune function, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body and assist in balancing right and left hemispheres of the brain.

This May we are gathering at Jackson Wellsprings in Ashland for the Healing Arts of the Golden Dragon. Three days of immersive study, practice and ceremony on some of the most sacred and nourishing land in the Pacific Northwest.

This is not a weekend retreat where you simply sit and listen. This is a full initiation into the living body of these teachings. Qigong twice daily, Silent Tea Ceremony each morning, Voice Activation and Sound Alchemy, Holistic Anatomy and Meridian Mapping, Ceremonial Arts including fire ceremony, cacao and song circle, organic meals, hot spring soaks, and the beauty of community.

You will leave with practices living in your body. A felt, embodied understanding of how to work with your own energy, your own channels, your own voice as instruments of healing.

Ashland Family!

I’m headed your way for Beltane, and we decided to put together this offering of our favorite parts of the Healing Arts of the Golden Dragon training into an evening event this Sunday, May 3rd at the Wellsprings.

It’s a Journey of beautiful expansion and deep, rejuvenating rest to harmonize your entire Being.

We’ll get the energy flowing with some Qigong practice. Breathing, stretching and flowing through meditative medicine in motion.

Then we gather in circle to activate our voices as instruments of healing, toning through the chakras and exploring free sound expression.

Next we get to lay down and receive Daoist Meridian Therapeutics, a form of hands-on energy work to open the channels and balance the Qi.

Finally we receive a symphony of sound healing magic including singing bowls, flute, drum, bells, chimes and intuitive guidance through channeled song.

HAPPY EARTH DAY 🌎💖✨

It’s so important to find our voices to speak for ourselves, for each other, and for the Earth.

The ritual of singing with the spirits of Nature, of sharing our songs with the Earth, is an incredibly transformative process of empowerment, healing and transformation. To awaken the dragons of song that run through the living landscapes of our bodies and of the Earth.

While we believe that every day is Earth Day, it’s also important to take specific times of collective intention to remember that this incredibly beautiful, bountiful and abundant Home is Mother to us All.

If connecting to Nature and Community through movement, sound and energy feels like something you need more of in your life, join us for the Healing Arts of the Golden Dragon workshop at the end of May in Ashland, Oregon.
