The first Bounce and Paddle of the season!! Join me to kick off the season!! This class is so fun. We start with a 45 min Bounce and Strength class on the trampolines. Which, btw, working out outside is the absolute best way to do it. Then we get on the paddle boards and tootle around on the water. 9am-Bounce at Beckys House in Severna Park! This class will be held outside. It is a combination of Bounce on mini-trampolines and resistance training.
