Hold This Position for 45 Seconds👇
If your upper back and shoulders feel tight after sitting, try this.

This position gives you a nice combination of shoulder flexion and upper-back movement while allowing you to relax into the floor.
Think about reaching your hands forward while slowly letting your chest move toward the ground.
A lot of people spend hours with their arms in front of them every day, so giving the shoulders and upper back some movement in the opposite direction can feel really good.
Try around 45 seconds and use slow breaths instead of forcing yourself deeper.
Not every movement is right for everyone. Stay in a comfortable, pain-free range and be cautious with acute shoulder, back or knee problems.
