I’ve known for a long time that I’m supposed to be working with more animals—especially horses.
I’ve worked with horses throughout the years I’ve been running Alternative Wellness Center, but I’ve never really gotten traction with that side of my practice. And for whatever reason, I think the stars have finally aligned and it’s time for me to step into something I’ve known for a very long time I was supposed to do.
So I’m saying it now:
I need more horses in my life.
I started riding when I was little. Horses have always been somewhere in the background of my life, even though circumstances didn’t exactly set me up to have a pasture full of them at home.
I want to work with your horses.
The work I already do at Alternative Wellness Center translates beautifully to animals. Depending on what a horse needs, I may use Total Body Analysis and muscle testing, Reiki and energy work, energy clearing, homeopathy, Emotion Code and emotional release work, Bach Flowers and flower essences, acupressure and meridian balancing, IgG/IgE food sensitivity testing, supplement testing, nutrition support and customized energetic remedies.
Sometimes the question may be very specific.
“Hey, my horse is limping. Can you help me figure out what it seems to need?”
Does it test like it needs rest? Nutritional support? A supplement? Acupuncture? Chiropractic work? Something else?
Or maybe:
“My horse is leaving for a show tomorrow and absolutely hates the trailer.”
Can I communicate with the horse and explain what’s happening? That they’re leaving tomorrow, where they’re going, how long the trailer ride will be, and that they’re heading to a hunter/jumper show they actually enjoy once they get there?
Or:
“My horse is just acting weird. I can’t put my finger on it.”
That kind of thing is right up my alley.
Maybe your horse does beautifully at a show except for one particular jump that they absolutely hate.
Why that jump?
