Do you want change in your life but just can't quite seem to make it happen? Or do you have absolutely no idea what you're needing, but know that something is missing?

I felt this several years ago before starting 3 years of Medicine Wheel teachings.

I had learned so much about myself and what held me back but I just couldn't see to get out of a pattern that took me around and around and around to the same place.

My participation in The Medicine Wheel Teachings supported actual embodiment of psychospiritual growth instead of just a mental understanding, meaning that it actually produced physical results in my day to day life instead of just thinking and wishing about it.

It's a physical representation of our gifts and knowledge that we "carry."

We use it in ceremony, healing, and as a tool to connect with the earth and our divinity.

All healing requires awareness of the wound and contact with it.

Healing requires space to be with it, to feel it, to presence it, and allow it to be there without any judgement or shame.

My intention with my she shed at home was to share all of the beauty and wonder that nature has to offer with my clients.

In all honesty, I ignored the fact that the nature experience can be raw and crude.

Experiences that my clients have had including, but not limited to:

My neighbor’s cattle getting out and dropping cow pies

My outside kitties dragging half eaten rodents onto the sidewalk

My neighbor’s dog jumping on the windows during a session

My young son peeing in the grass😳

My outside kitties whining for attention

Birds flying into the windows

It’s all part of the experience here🥴😆

Announcing some new offerings! I'm still in the process of getting the details on my website but here's a quick peek.

Clients have been coming more often and processing more deeply, and I wanted to make offerings to suit those needs.
