If you know me, you know I love using lacrosse balls as a tool for muscle release 🤩
There are multiple tools you can use and, depending on multiple personal factors, I may recommend others. BUT if you’re not injured, I’m definitely recommending LACROSSE BALLS!

2️⃣ They can target tight spots in muscles very well
3️⃣ YOU can use them on 90% of your body! Maybe more!!
