As the world celebrates soccer, we're celebrating Max. https://youtu.be/d_wQC7hm0aQ Max has competed in five sports since age 16, and built a life filled with family, friendship, and entrepreneurship. In this interview with longtime friend Alex, Max shares his journey on and off the field. Special thanks to Alex for editing the final cut and helping bring Max's story to life.

Family Workshop: Using LifeCourse to Plan for the Future
Wednesday, June 10th from 5:30-7:00PM at SEEC's Office

We know that thinking about the future—especially a time when you may not be able to support your son or daughter—can feel overwhelming. This workshop is here to support you in taking the first steps in a thoughtful and hopeful way.

You’ll be introduced to the LifeCourse Framework and guided through simple tools to help you:

• Reflect on your hopes for your loved one’s future
• Think about who will be part of their support system
• Identify small, meaningful next steps toward your vision

We’re honored to walk alongside you in this planning journey.

This morning, SEEC celebrated the ribbon cutting for our new IDEA (Innovate, Design, Empower, Access) Lab with partners, supporters, families, and community leaders. The IDEA Lab is an inclusive public maker space and assistive technology library where people with disabilities and direct support professionals can explore, test, and create solutions together. We believe the best ideas come from the people who use them. By trying low- and high-tech tools, people can build skills, increase independence, and have more choice in everyday life. If you attended, we would love your feedback...please share a short video about your experience through MemoryFox: http://SEEC.memfox.io/yurshf. If you missed it, you can sign up to visit the IDEA Lab in the future here: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/9NGGY2ANP3.
