Not every win has to be big. Sometimes the bravest thing you do all day is admit you can’t do everything alone.

Asking for help isn’t weakness.

It’s wisdom.

What’s one quiet win you’ve had lately? 🤍

Intrusive thoughts can be super scary postpartum, but they don’t have to be. They are very common and caused by changes in brain function after baby. One simple thing to try is to tell your brain thank you for trying to protect my baby, but they are safe right now.

I wish mental health was always solved by a dramatic breakthrough.

But sometimes it's really as simple as:

☀️ Sunshine
🚶 Movement
💧 Water
🌿 Fresh air

What's your surprisingly effective reset?

If nobody has said this to you yet — consider this your moment.

You can love your baby more than anything and still quietly miss who you were before.

Grief and love can live in the same body at the same time. That's not a contradiction — that's postpartum.

And we promise, you're not alone. 🖤

Moms, here’s my message for you today. You are doing amazing. Please don’t forget that ❤️👏

Sometimes the hardest part of motherhood is realizing how much of you changes along the way.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, emotional, anxious, or just “not like you”… you’re not failing. You’re human.

And you deserve support too.

Be patient with yourself.
You’re growing into someone you’ve never been before.

Just a reminder that the little things count! The small things are not small at all, they are all important.
