Free Stroke Education for EMS - live televised sessions each week

Join us each week for a FREE live televised educational session sponsored by the South Dakota Mission: Lifeline Statewide Stroke Initiative. Education is focused on the BEFAST and VAN stroke assessment, reviews clinical management of stroke patients by EMS and discusses EMS centric resources available to EMS agencies in South Dakota.

Recognizing the outstanding staff that we have in the office and on the road conducting EMS education and simulation throughout the region and internationally.

Our staff goes the extra mile in offering EMR and EMT courses, EMT skills labs, EMS continuing education, Paramedic Program Education, weekly online live televised education, EMS skills based education labs, EVOC classes, high school EMT classes, Annual EMS Refresher courses, Virtual Reality (VR) simulation, Stroke and STEMI classes, NAEMT - PHTLS/AMLS/GEMS courses, simulation and mobile simulation sessions, AHA course BLS/ACLS/PALS, NRP courses, special requests classes, community facing requests and the educational support of the various EMS associations that represent the amazing EMS clinician we serve.

All of these educational commitments would not be possible without the outstanding instructors and educators that we have on our team. The collaborative partnerships each instructor builds with agencies and learners is based on trust and a commitment to educational excellence.

Thank you to all of our learners and partnering EMS agencies that allow our education team to support local EMS efforts and care delivery.

We would like to congratulate our spring 2026 Southeast Technical College-Sanford Health Paramedic graduates. These amazing students completed our five semester paramedic program and earned their Associates of Applied Science degree in Paramedic Science. We wish you the best of luck in taking the NREMT written exam in the upcoming weeks.
