Meet Melina Quinn, RN, BSN, our Lead Aesthetic Nurse at ILM Aesthetics. With over a decade of experience in advanced medical aesthetics, Melina is known for her expertise, artistry, and commitment to delivering natural-looking results.

Specializing in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP, PDO threads, lasers, radiofrequency treatments, and more, Melina combines clinical precision with an eye for balance and beauty. Her goal is always to enhance, not change, helping patients look refreshed, confident, and like the best version of themselves.

As our lead injectables trainer, Melina also plays an important role in mentoring providers and upholding the highest standards of care throughout our practice. She is passionate about continuing education and staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine to ensure every patient receives safe, effective, and personalized treatment.
