Did you know that not all essential oils are alike? What do I mean?
Many products labeled as “essential oils” contain synthetic fragrances or diluted versions that lack the therapeutic benefits of pure, high-quality oils. For example, some “lavender oils” sold in stores are actually synthetic copies that don’t provide the same calming effects as the real thing.
Additionally, cheap or improperly distilled oils can contain contaminants or additives that reduce their effectiveness—or even pose health risks.
Always check for 100% pure, therapeutic-grade oils and look for certifications like USDA Organic or GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry) testing to ensure authenticity and safety.
