🌟 Big News: Indian Creek Foundation is a "Select Tier" Provider! 🌟
We are thrilled to announce that Indian Creek Foundation has officially met the rigorous standards set by the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) to be assigned to the Select Tier for Performance-Based Contracting!
This milestone reflects our team's relentless dedication to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
What is PA ODP Performance-Based Contracting? 🔍
The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services shifted away from traditional models to Performance-Based Contracting (PBC). Instead of tracking mere administrative processes, ODP now evaluates providers on actual outcomes and quality results.
Providers are assessed annually in critical areas, including:
• Risk and incident management
• Healthcare quality and clinical capacity
• Community integration and employment outcomes
• Staff credentialing and workforce stability
Based on these strict metrics, providers are designated into performance tiers. Earning a spot in the Select Tier proves that an agency exceeds baseline standards.
Why the "Select Tier" Matters & How It Benefits Those We Serve ❤️
Being recognized as a Select Tier provider directly translates into a better quality of life for the individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism whom we support:
• Higher Quality of Care: This designation verifies that our services focus on expanding independence, promoting personal choice, and delivering measurable safety outcomes.
• Community Confidence: Families and individuals can use the state's Public PBC Provider Directory to easily identify top-performing agencies, giving them absolute peace of mind that they are choosing an elite partner.
Thank you to our incredible Residential and Community-Based Services Team, Nursing Team, Behavioral Health Teams, Training Team, and the Risk Management and Compliance Team, who made this achievement possible. Together, we are building a more inclusive, supportive, and empowering community!
Our Senior Director of Development, Brett Wells, stepped in for CEO Tim Barksdale to present certicates to Dwayne Gilliland, Senior Director of Residential and Community Based Services, and Amybeth Walter, Director of Risk Management and Compliance, to recognize this incredible accomplishment.
